More cash game grinding

I have been continuing to play and learn at cash games now playing 10nl and at first things started to go pretty badly. running below EV by a lot was not fun. My positives are that i have learnt more about online cash in the last week than i have in my entire life. I feel confident in saying that i am picking up a lot of valuable information and pretty quickly too, mostly due to the fact i am skyping all day everyday with my friend whom has been playing cash for many years now and also another friend who is a good cash game player. Running through hands and thought processes has been incredibly productive for me, having already plugged a few major leaks and thinking in a completely different way to my 'shove or fold' turbo sit 'n' go style. according to HM2 i am running nearly 800bb below ev over ~20k hands and totalling -$25. However with tables being in $ as well as £ and euros i am approximately breaking even. I transitioned from 4NL to 10NL after 10k hands where i instantly went on a downswing. However i have started to recover that and hopefully will start to go on a nice upswing of profit
